Turku has a strong profile as an event city

A new type of orienteering event to come to Turku this June

The Turku region will be filled with top-level international athletes this June when Turku hosts a three-day orienteering event called Turku Sprint and, at the same time, Turku and Kaarina host the Orienteering World Cup Nordic Tour.
 

Sports Clubs and Associations

In Turku, there are over 300 clubs and associations, which organize sports and exercise events. Information on immigrant associations is available in English; information on other organizations, including contact information, is available in Finnish.
