Welcome to Turku, the Christmas City of Finland!
The Grand Opening of the Christmas City is going to be celebrated 27 November 2010 at 5 pm. The ceremony is a starting shot for hundreds of Christmas events including art exhibitions, concerts, theatre performances and happy events for children.
In Turku, Christmas is traditionally celebrated until St. Knut’s Day 13 January 2011. The Christmas City offers various events for everyone during six weeks.
